just wanted to say how much I enjoyed myself along with my partner last
evening. The atmosphere could not have been more perfect for a
Valentine's dinner, the food was scrumptious, the service topped off the
evening along with the entertainment. KUDOS to you and your staff for a

Thank you for your follow up phone call regarding the Jan. 20th Regional Military Employers Advisory Board (RMEAB) Meeting held at the Chesapeake Conference Center. You handled all details from “A to Z” and all attendees were very impressed with the venue and service.
According to the RMEAB managers (Southside and Peninsula), the meeting in Chesapeake had the highest attendance level and most positive feedback received compared to other venues in Hampton Roads. Many of the attendees had not been to a meeting at the Chesapeake Conference Center before and indicated they would definitely return again. Again thanks! Von

December 2011 Christmas Party
Good morning!
You and your staff were awesome yesterday in helping up with all of
the additional accommodations and meals. I had no idea so many would
bring people with them. Next year, I am thinking I want to have them
RSVP so I have a better idea.
Everyone had a blast yesterday!! I had a client tell me that it was
the best Christmas Party ever and he later told the Executive Director
that it was the best day of his life! Couldn’t ask for a better
reaction!
After the first of the year I would like to discuss a date for next year’s party.

December 2011 Holiday Luncheon
The luncheon was great!! The room was nicely decorated, the staff were pleasant and accommodating, the food wonderful!!

December 2011 Corporate Holiday Party for Cegedim
The party was a huge success! The food was wonderful and the banquet
staff were amazing. Thank you so much for all of your help organizing
our holiday party! I will be recommending that we use the Chesapeake
Conference Center next year for our holiday party.

Everything went very well. Everyone was pleased and the food was
good. Thank you for accommodating the additional food requirements at
the last minute and making sure that all of the seniors wanting to

October 2011 High School Reunion
The purpose of this memorandum is to express our very sincere
appreciation for the care and professionalism Ms. Linda Harmon displayed
throughout our planning and execution phase of our High School Class
Reunion. Her attention to detail and event preparation knowledge lead to
the success of our event. The event was a total success in every phase
from decorations to food service to total evening of pleasurable
ambiance. We have been getting tremendous feedback from all who attended
the affair on facility of choice, service received, and the quality and
taste of the food. The committee thanks you and your staff for services
rendered.
If fact several other classes have already inquired about the success
of our event and are in the process of planning to contact your

October 2011 Corporate Dinner Event
The food was outstanding & the service was wonderful. We had very
few complaints except for the volume of the mic, but that seemed to
work out when the speakers spoke directly into it. Next year, we would
like a bar at each end of the room for the social hour if we have the
same number of people. All in all it was a great event & we send our
thanks to your staff for a great job.

The moment we entered the building he was present and reassured us that if there was anything we needed during the course of the evening to let him know. Upon our departure, Alfred once again met us to make certain that all of our needs were met by your staff. “Our Sales Manager was great! She was very helpful and able to answer any questions. All of the banquet staff was on time and VERY professional. Everyone was happy and said the food was great and plentiful. We even had some late comers who had plates waiting for them upon their arrival. Everything was taken care of from audio visual setup to food and beverage and seating. I will definitely choose the Chesapeake Conference Center for our next event and will tell others about the great service we had!”
