With 39,000 square feet of flexible space and spacious 20-foot ceilings, the Chesapeake Conference Center welcomes all types of functions.
Easily equipped to handle meetings, banquets, athletic events, conventions, conferences, weddings, consumer shows, concerts, dances, and trade shows with up to 200 exhibits, the Center provides free WiFi access, free parking, and dedicated high-speed Internet, full-service dining, and endless décor possibilities.
Our Grand Ward Ballroom and adjacent Chesapeake Room, plus surrounding promenade spaces offer several options for configuring the event flow and setup you need, whether for pre-function, check-ins, VIP rooms, or receptions.
Our Sales and Event Team will assist you with the design and layout of the space you need for your event.

Parking
We host over 300 free parking spaces on site, while still within walking distance of 650 reasonably priced hotel rooms (350 adjacent). Being minutes from the area’s best variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment — there is something to do for each individual in your family.

Service Animals
Trained service animals are welcome throughout our facility in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Please note that emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are not covered by this policy.
